Maintaining fire of a firearm grants Quenching at regular intervals. At max stacks of Quenching, grants Incendiary Shot to self. While Incendiary Shot is active, an Explosive Bullet is fired after a certain number of shots. Explosive Bullets inflict Flame Wound on the hit target. While Incendiary Shot is active, deals additional damage to targets inflicted with Flame Wound. Additional damage is not affected by Critical Hit or Multi-Hit.
